Fit Body HIIT

Fit Body HIIT is a result driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Intrvl. Strength Training

This incredible fat burning high intensity interval class is made up of segments which alternate simple, yet challenging strength moves with heart pumping cardio blasts and short recovery periods. Designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Build & Blast

Let’s BUILD up lean muscle mass and BLAST off with before and after cardio. Leave your worries at the door, as you mentally and physically push yourself to be the BEST you! BUILD and BLAST is a boot camp style, high intensity training class, combining body weight and free weight exercises to get you on the move. The goal is to leave you sweating off the stress of the day, building muscle, carving away stubborn fat, and increasing endurance as you run, jog, or jump to the rhythm. Let’s get moving!

Total Body Bootcamp

This class will burn fat and tone your entire body as you go through an awesome workout that challenges all fitness levels. We will use various equipment to keep it fresh and fun!

Sh1ft F1TNESS

SH1FT — Smart High Intensity Functional Training for all fitness levels where you’ll use your bodyweight as the tool to develop athletic fitness, speed, balance, and agility. L1FT is a resistance training format which uses whatever weights you have available (bar and weight plates or dumbbells) as well as your own bodyweight. SH1FT/L1FT’s functional training system improves core strength, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, joint mobility and stability, and improves motor patterns as you sweat through simple progressions.

Low Impact Aerobics

Our instructors will lead you through a full body routine focusing on mobility and low impact, low intensity strength training. This class is perfect for people new to exercise, or those who just aren’t quite ready for Bootcamp!

Bodyweight Upset

Bodyweight Upset is a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on using the body as resistance; with high rep, low Intensity moves to trim and tighten up. A variety of movements will be utilized during each class to work your upper body, core, lower body, and cardiovascular system. This class is perfect for anyone trying to improve their fitness and health.

CHAIR YOGA

In this class you will utilize aspects of chair yoga with low impact strength training, creating an effective option for challenging the whole body without all the stress –great for those who have joint discomfort. With each class the workout will be different but designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. This class is designed to be lower impact, but still effective!

Senior Fitness

Our Senior Fitness class is a low impact interval training, taught to our seniors while primarily sitting on a chair. This class focuses on resistance band training and using light dumbbells to target various parts of the body that tend to need a bit more care as you age.

Zumba

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Yoga

An open level flow class. Welcoming new and seasoned yogis. Encouraging the use of props (blocks, chairs) to locate your alignment. We will build upon and strengthen our foundations. This is a moderate flow class, so there will be activation and many options to modify your poses to what you’re willing and feeling to do in the moment. Honoring the mind and body, and not forcing yourself into anything that you aren’t able to easily breathe in. Finding stillness within challenge and stabilize our balance. Discover your unique fluidity and movement to create your own practice.

Pound

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. POUND® is an exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Mixxedfit

Mixxedfit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.
