Greatest HIITs

Greatest HIITs is a high intensity interval training class. High energy music plays as you work through different stations set up around the room. With a mix of cardio, weighted resistance, and some balance movements. Modifications are available so that the class is ideal for all ages and all physical conditions.

Restorative Yoga

Experience the ultimate relaxation with Restorative Yoga. You will be guided through gentle poses with the support of pros, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of renewal.

Somatic yoga combines elements of somatic movement and traditional yoga. Somatic movement focuses on internal bodily sensations and re-educates the body through mindful movement, emphasizing the connection between body and mind. This approach aims to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.

Pound

Pound is an exhilaration full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Tabata

Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training that involves a structured pattern of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This cycle is repeated eight times for a total of four minutes, but workouts can include multiple sets to increase the total duration to 60 minutes max.
