Aqua Aerobics


Do you have lower back or knee pains? This is a great class for stretching out those hips, working on range of motion, and strengthening your joints. This is one of our low impact classes, specifically catering to our seniors and physical therapy members.

Total Body Conditioning


This class will provide various benefits to the whole body – such as helping to maintain muscle mass, strength, and functionality. All levels of students are welcome, as the simple ‘strength movements’ can be made more or less intense with adjustments to the weight. We provide adjustable Cardio Barbells and Dumbbells, something many facilities do not offer, to ensure the workout matches the abilities of the student.

Get Fit w/ TAY!


Enjoy a thorough, variety style class with Taylor!  She is our in-house instructor & certified trainer and provides a whole body, INTENSE workout!   Students will experience an incredible cardiovascular and fat-burning workout along with whole body muscle building and sculpting!   No two classes are alike which will ensure that things are never dull!  Come experience one of Pensacola’s premier trainers!

Cardio Conditioning


This involves a total body workout utilizing weighted barbells (your preference of weight). We will also add in resistance band training along with a step to target your lower half and engage your core. We provide adjustable Cardio Barbells and Dumbbells, something many facilities do not offer, to ensure the workout matches the abilities of the student. This class is great for all ages and all levels!

Tighten & Tone


This class focuses on the strengthening of arms, the core, and the lower body/legs. The students will use light dumbbells and body weight throughout the workout that is designed to help with body toning and the strengthening of specific muscle groups. We provide adjustable Cardio Barbells and Dumbbells, something many facilities do not offer, to ensure the workout matches the abilities of the student.

Zumba


Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout! It’s based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN, yet moderately challenging.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Senior Fitness


Our Senior Fitness class is a low impact interval training, taught to our seniors while primarily sitting on a chair. This class focuses on resistance band training and using light dumbbells to target various parts of the body that tend to need a bit more care as you age.
